WAR TORN ALLIANCE Server

Just want to see if you guys had decided on a launch server yet, People in my guild are leaning toward Skull Throne or possibly Iron Fist, which are Core Server's. The Open RvR Servers rule set till looks like it is going to be problematic.

We are going to decide today.

Hurry up then. I just checked the server list when i tried logging on; so many of the servers we've been playing the last week no longer exist, but Mad Dog is back up. Chrace is definitely gone - for now. CE Head Start begins in under 2 days, so we all need to know where we're going.

Well, as soon as the decision is made, it'd be great if that news could be posted on the home pages, or at least the guild forums, of all our respective guilds, so that everyone knows where to roll. Especially for us CE preorders, and the SE preorders after that, we want to get into the server without worrying if we'll have to make another one in a different place. I made sure to take off Sunday just so that I could make T2 before everyone else starts rushing their way up to 40.

Don't mean to be pushy or anything, I'd just love to know that we'll all be organized and together on this one.

Hopefully you don't rush to 40 like AoC (80) and get stranded with no one to fight for a bit and lack of 'content'

This is great news. Hopefully whatever server we all roll on is a little less completely dominated by Destro zergs. It's annoying to take a keep only to have it taken back 20 minutes later because they can just whip together 50 people to go grab anything in the world.

As an added note, the final server list is now out, including which servers are CE and which will be going live only when the SE headstart happens. Since we're pretty deadset on Core, that leaves us with 5 options:

Red Eye Mountain
Skull Throne
Badlands
Sylvania
Volkmar

My vote is still for Skull Throne, because it sounds awesome.

lol... we will see... though I think all the stoners will be heading over to 'Red Eye Mountain'... I don't want a virtual hotbox thank you very much.

Dunno bout you, Badlands reminds me of South Dakota. I thought we were supposed to be playing in a fantasy world?

You're right about Sylvania, or more accurately Osram Sylvania. Their website is www.sylvania.com. Let's play on the in-game advertising server, lol.

Volkmar and Skull Throne still sound cool, since I too am a bit sketchy on the druggie population of the Red-Eye Mountain.

Badlands is the server we are going, it has been decided; and it is official.
